A business process consists of a set of structured tasks performed by an organization to achieve a specific goal. Business process management (BPM) is the discipline in which people use various methods to discover, model, analyze, measure, optimize, and automate business processes. This area (as many others) is widely impacted by the advent of AI and LLM technologies. This workshop aims at presenting and discussing recent results in this context.
Program of the workshop "BPM & IA"
9:00 - 9:45 Business processes resource management using rewriting logic and deep-learning-based predictive monitoring.
Speaker: Francisco Durán (University of Málaga), joint work with Nicolas Pozas, Camilo Rocha.
