Administration and Finance - ADMINFI

The team consists of three Offices

• The ‘Financial Management’ office is made up of Stéphanie Bellier, financial manager and expert in research contracts, as well as the research teams’ assistants: Latifa Boudiba, Chahla Domenget, Karima Domingues, Alexandra Guidi, Françoise Jeewooth, Muriel Paturel and Samantha Sanchez.
  Their activities focus on three areas in management, plus administrative and financial monitoring: missions, orders and invoices, research contracts. These members are pillars of the research teams’ administrative and financial life. In practice, they work in groups of two or three spread over the three floors of the IMAG building where LIG is based.
• The Human Resources (HR) office is made up of  Maud Chorier, Michèle Hamm and Laurence Schimicci
  They manage the recruitment of staff on fixed-term contracts and the follow-up of the files of contractual and permanent personnel for any question relating to their contract or career. They are responsible for the management of funds related to contractual recruitment. They are also responsible for monitoring staff training activities.
• The Budget Office is made up of Stéphanie Bellier and Christine Guimet. They monitor the laboratory's budget in terms of management and endowments
